Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Parvis Sync for Airtable (the "Add-on"), operated by Seokjun Choi, trading as Parvis Sync, Republic of Korea ("we"), handles information. The Add-on copies data from your Airtable account into a Google Sheets spreadsheet you choose.
1. The short version
- Your Airtable records go directly from Airtable into your spreadsheet, inside Google's Apps Script environment running under your own Google account. They do not pass through, and are not stored on, any server we operate.
- We do not sell, rent or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
2. What the Add-on accesses and why

3. Google user data
The Add-on's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the features described above. We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or sale with notice to you. No human reads it unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
4. Payments
Paid plans are sold by our merchant of record (currently Lemon Squeezy), which processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, country and order details, but never your full card number.
5. Retention and deletion
- Click Disconnect Airtable in the Add-on to delete your stored Airtable tokens immediately. You can also revoke access in your Airtable account settings.
- Uninstalling the Add-on stops all syncs. Synced data stays in your spreadsheet until you delete it.
- Support emails are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
6. Security
All connections use HTTPS/TLS. Airtable access is read-only and limited to the bases you choose. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant platform without undue delay.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Korea's Personal Information Protection Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your personal information. Email parvis.sync@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
The Add-on is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
We will post changes here and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced in the Add-on.
