Terms of Service

Effective: 5 November 2026

These terms govern your use of Parvis Sync for Airtable (the "Add-on"), provided by Seokjun Choi, trading as Parvis Sync, Republic of Korea ("we"). By installing or using the Add-on you agree to them.

1. The service

The Add-on copies data from Airtable bases you authorize into Google Sheets spreadsheets you choose. It is one-way and read-only towards Airtable. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Airtable or Google.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Plans, billing and refunds

4. Availability

The Add-on depends on Airtable's and Google's services and limits. For example, Google runs scheduled syncs at most hourly, and Airtable limits request rates. We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. If Airtable or Google changes or withdraws something the Add-on depends on, we may have to change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Pro, we will refund any unused prepaid period.

5. Your data

Your data remains yours. How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Keep your own copy of important data, and check synced data before relying on it for important decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after notice in the Add-on or on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court has jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory laws, or your right to bring proceedings in the courts, of your country of residence.
